This report examines consumer attitudes and behavior when it comes to protein in Germany. The report examines changing dietary habits and the rise of non-meat diets, as well as consumer attitudes to meat, dairy, plant and insect-based protein. The report examines the extent to which consumers are actively monitoring their protein intake and why barriers that exist when it comes to high protein products and what brands and manufacturers can do to capitalize on the current protein trend.
