Dr. Sue Mckay is the Nutrition & Health manager at NutriLeads, she is responsible for the science behind the brand Benicaros® and the development of other NutriLeads’ health ingredients. Previously, she worked as Nutrition and Health Manager for Upfield (now Flora Group) and in various R&D roles in the Nutrition & Health department of Unilever. Dr. McKay obtained her Ph.D. at Erasmus University Rotterdam and held post doc positions at the University of Utrecht and the University of Groningen.
