Can I book a demo of the platform before deciding on purchasing?
Yes, of course. Please contact us to book a session or place your name on our waiting list for a free trial.
Can I change my portfolios?
Yes, you can, but this will incur costs depending on how many you would like to change and how far into the plan you are.
What is included in account management?
Our account managers will provide full support and ongoing training. We will work with you and the users to help them with their projects and ensure we update everyone with insights that could be relevant.
Can I use these insights in my presentations/workshops/meetings?
Yes, you can, as long as you cite FMCG Gurus. We allow up to 25% of a single report or survey to be shared for marketing/sales purposes.
Can I see year-on-year consumer data?
You can do this from our survey explorer or consumer data tool.
Does my contract auto-renew?
Yes, unless you opt-out, which you can do at any point.
Can I split payments?
Contact us, and we can look into this for you.
Will my plan increase in cost?
Our plans are either billed on an annual basis, or on a multi-year contract. Prices will not increase during the duration of your contract. However, pricing, in general, may increase from time to time, but you will be notified in accordance with any future price increase.
Can I opt for a two or three-year contract?
Our standard contract term starts at two years. Discounts are potentially available on longer contracts.
