Mike Hughes is Head of Research and Insight and has over 17 years’ experience analysing consumer trends across the food, drink and supplement industry. Mike has a particular interest in challenging industry perceptions when it comes to assumptions around how consumers think and behave, as well as identifying new and evolving trends across markets.
Jenny holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Science, which she completed at the University of Potsdam at the German Institute of Nutritional Research (Deutsches Institut für Ernährungsforschung, DIfE)). With 8 years of experience in the development of softgel capsules tailored to customer specifications, Jenny has been deeply involved in product creation and enhancement. The search for and evaluation of new and trendy raw materials is one of the her areas of expertise. In addition, she has further developed Sirio's product portfolio and amongst her many accomplishments, she successfully introduced vegetarian softgel technology to ensure innovation in the product range.
As a skilled Product Manager in the nutrition and health sector, Yuxin brings extensive expertise in developing and managing a diverse product portfolio across Sirio’s manufacturing sites in Germany and China. Specializing in softgel formulations and pioneering innovative dosage formats within the EU, she works closely with cross-functional teams to effectively drive product lifecycle management. With a solid foundation in market insights research, Yuxin has a deep understanding of consumer behavior, allowing her to deliver tailored, consumer-focused solutions that empower clients to drive business growth and expand into new markets.
Anca Vislie holds a Master Degree in International Marketing and Economics from St Andrews University in Scotland and is a marketing expert with over 20 years in the health and wellness space, specializing in both fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and business-to-business (B2B) operations. Her career has equipped her with a solid foundation in consumer insights, strategic brand growth and management as well as digital content creation and distribution.
