Mike Hughes is Head of Research and Insight and has over 17 years’ experience analysing consumer trends across the food, drink and supplement industry. Mike has a particular interest in challenging industry perceptions when it comes to assumptions around how consumers think and behave, as well as identifying new and evolving trends across markets.
Maria is a marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in marketing & communications in both multinational and local companies, always in the area of health and nutrition, in B2C and B2B space. Maria started her career in B2C marketing roles at Danone and Novartis, before joining DSM where she worked for almost 8 years in different marketing roles, leading the marketing communication strategy for EMEA. Prior to joining Sirio, Maria worked as a senior strategy consultant at the HMT, a leading marketing and branding consulting agency. Maria´s expertise varies from messaging and communication to branding and positioning.
Jessica is a Teamleader of the Formulation/RD Team of Sirio Pharma Germany GmbH with more than 14 years of experience in the Development and the production of Softgel capsules. She is a specialist with the focus on innovative products, such as the patented probiotic softgel. As production manager, Jessica was also able to deepen her knowledge in the manufacturing process of sofgel caps. Before joining Sirio Pharma Germany GmbH she completed her diploma in biotechnology engineering at the State University of Applied Science in Berlin.
